Think of three things that go together and you may think of bacon, lettuce, tomato. Or egg, chips and beans? Cheese, crackers and port? Well don’t worry, we’re not starting up a restaurant, instead Tina Catling and Isobel McEwan from OTB’s sister agency think has bound together key components to create an innovative workshop, called the Power of 3 (PO3).
The concept of PO3 is:
· To bring together 3 organisations (10 people from each) for a day
· Two companies are commercial organisations
· One company must be a charity (and they attend for free, courtesy of think)
· They each bring an issue, challenge or opportunity that they need to get creative about and all 30 people work on the 3 issues
· think facilitates the workshop and introduces their unique tools and techniques to inspire fresh thinking
· All participants learn from each other and gain new perspective on their business challenges.
In these tough economic times, organisations need the time to ‘stop and think’ – business life is full of demanding challenges with staff feeling more pressurised by the many social, political and business changes that affect their working lives and them personally.
So what makes ~ think’s workshop different from others?
The Power of 3 isn’t just a training course; it’s a day that could change the way your business works – forever. The event brings together think’s expertise in creativity and innovation and some fantastic charities to find resourceful solutions to resolve issues and encourage collaborations with a variety of businesses from a wide spectrum of industries.
So, if you are a commercial organisation that needs some recession busting ideas or you are a charity that would love the opportunity to spend a day generating new ideas with some fantastic commercial organisations, then we would love to hear from you.
